Welcome to our IEEEngage Workshop Series of Fall 2022!

Our IEEE UH branch is providing its membership with several multi-week workshops covering a variety of ECE topics. This particular series details the intricacies behind a TI TIVA-C Series Microcontroller in the effort to build a functional robot! This session includes:

Working with a Distance Sensor

  • Intro To PID

  • Use ADC module to convert read-in inputs to accurate distance value.

  • Outputting Appropriate LED Signals Depending on the Distance

  • Example: Red → Too Close … Green → Good Distance

The third session of this workshop begins on Wednesday, 11/02/2022 from 9:00 - 10:00 AM in Engineering Building 1, IEEE Lounge, Room N367.
